What is missing is the ambient temp. R-404a at 120F condensing is around 305psig. If it was in the 90's by the condenser then that is a low head pressure. Low head and high suction pressure = compressor problems. Do what the 1st poster said close the suction service valve and see if it will pump down and hold.
