Only gacha claus are spawning, he isn't in the wrong place bc he already tamed one there. Search in sunken forest they spawn but rare now. Gotta kill all the wilds and new gachas will spawn, if there aren't any they were tamed or killed and another dino respawmes in their place.

Gacha's have a jealously mechanic. They are most happy when they are with a single mate, and eating owl pellets. They do not like sharing mates between other gachas. So you cannot have 1 male with 2 females, or 1 female with 2 males. You also cannot have 2 mated pairs too close to each other because then they're sharing each others mates.
