Hello there. I‘ve recently been having issues with at least two blend door actuators clicking on my 2010 Chevrolet Impala LT. What would happen Is you would open the car door and one of the actuators would make a light clicking noise. Then another actuator would make a very loud clicking noise...After reconnecting the battery, start the engine and select any setting on the HVAC controller.
