There isn't much that is better than the Uchi. Any change of weapons will be more of a sidegrade than an upgrade. I'd say that the top tier Dex weapons for PvE are: Uchigatana/Iaito, Great Scythe, Falchion, Balder Side Sword, Gold Tracer. PGS is technically slightly better than Falchion for PvE.
