I leveled 2 chars before the XP buff to 70, 1 with zygors and 1 with rested xp. Zygors was just better back then but rested XP has improved significantly in the last months. I leveled my rogue to 34 last weekend using rested XP. TLDR both are fine but especially with the 1.5xp buff not a must have. 2.
