H4350 worked a lot better. Got 182 fps better velocity and sub half inch three shot groups from my new Barrett Fieldcraft using 168 gr Bulldozers. Loads were lightly compressed. I should try the IMR 4451 since its burn rate is a little faster the H4350, so it could also work well in the '06.

I haven't tried the Barnes bullets in the 338WM in any combination. 3.Both propellants and a couple of others work well with .25-06, but weight of bullet changes things somewhat. Jan 12, 2020 · I've been using mostly Accurate 4350.I did a test on all three using same charge and bullet.Accurate 4350 gave me just little tighter group with the best velocity.IMR-4350 was close in velocity with just a little larger group.H-4350 was a bit slower by around 20-30fps slower than the other two and came in second to the Accurate 4350 in group size.
