A CO primer Nukor uses low magnetic (or impact in theory, can't really say much about impact vs magnetic) for an extra 120% melee damage from CO. Then within these parameters you can personalize it to what you perceive as better.

Build for crit/multishot/damage on the Bramma and build for mostly damage/status (for general use and especially for priming) on your Nukor. Magnetic is a good innate on your Nukor because it allows you to proc the greatest number of status types, which helps both with priming and with boosting direct damage via G. Aptitude.

From my personal experience the magnetic one will still perform better, you have an extra mod slot for damage and the slash procs you will gain from this are really weak. It might be good for Parazon Mercy Kills, but I haven't tested that myself.

If you can get used to positioning yourself to hit multiple enemies with the main beam when using the Kuva Nukor then go for Seeker, otherwise Magnum Force will be more beneficial.
