I feel like ingame it comes off a bit better than here. But yah, the Diary Armor is a bit much at times too. Though I think it highlights one thing it does better than Torva which is the contrast. It has depth shading with mostly darker greys while Torva uses light grey, almost white, which stands out a lot more.
