a few days ago, I updated the firmware of my Oura Ring as suggested per the app. Since then, my Ring fails to connect + update. I worked through the entire troubleshooting guide, including a reset (the multi-tapping affair), nothing seems to help. I charge it during my showers, no more typically. haven't had a single glitch or ever needed to contact cs (and I wear it during lifting workouts 5d/wk).
