Oura ring soft reset.
I’m constantly travelling for work and wanted to know how to make the best use of my Oura. No idea if Ōura has an official position on this, but I travel a lot and this is what I've found works. For 1 hour time changes (UK/Europe, Singapore/Japan, etc.) use it as usual. Makes no material difference if you adjust timezones on your phone or not.
I have a Gen 3 oura ring I got this year in April. It was working absolutely fine & pretty smooth up till 10 days ago when the sleep data gets stuck syncing half way, the app isn't allowing me to soft reset or hard reset the ring as it says failed.
