All three of these mods are closer to vanilla darkness. I would personally go relighting skyrim and use an enb to adjust the darkness.

Mangaclub did a lot of work and put together these comparisons of exterior and interior lighting. This is with Vividian, which is supposed to work with all lighting mods. It tends to make exterior and interior lighting look better, and can be used with just about any other lighting or weather mod. It even makes flame spells and atronachs look better. I use it with the updated Obsidian port for exteriors, and alongside Luminosity and Window Shadows for interiors, and it looks gorgeous.

ELFX is great, but it's got more conflicts and is huge compared to RLO. Like, it's better, but not 100 times better. Interior Lighting and FX is also great and criminally under rated. I liked Luminosity+Relighting Skyrim a lot to. Lots of good options for interior lighting.
