If you agreed to help the Alik’r, the Dragonborn will say she is in danger and that there’s a horse waiting for her outside of Whiterun to escape with. One way is to disable the NPC. The other way is to kill the NPC. The script functions for these mechanics are Disable () and Kill () respectively. Disabling an NPC that has an urn does not activate its urn. You can check this for yourself. Just disable Saadia with the console command "Disable".

I don't bother with Kematu and side with Saadia because 1. Saadia is in a populated bar in a large city and I'm not escaping bounty if I kill her, 2. Kematu is inside a bandit cave, which gives me plenty of motive to use area destruction spells and firestorm, blizzard, and lightning storm that place to bits, followed up by more destruction, and 3.Kematu's story makes more sense but it's just his words, he doesn't provide any further information about who he is working for or the group he represents.
