Taskmaster conan exiles.
I haven’t bothered with it, as I expect the results to be the same as with the iron truncheon. You don’t normally unlock the torturer’s table until level 30 I think, and the blunt weapon fitting until level 26, which while it solves the problem via advancement (same with just making an iron truncheon or finding one), it defeats the purpose of the exercise entirely.
You can learn the wheel of pain feat at level 30, which teaches the wheel of pain building, the torturer’s worktable, rawhide bindings, and iron truncheon. A wheel of pain requires 75 shaped wood, 50 brick, 200 iron reinforcement, and 50 twine. You’ll be putting plenty of your crafting stations to use to get this stack. Taskmaster and its Tier also affects the time to finish. But WITH NO Taskmaster for a T4 thrall is like 48 hrs. T3 - 24, T2 - 12, T1-6? Something multiplicative. I think it doubles each Tier for Thralls specifically. Again this is all by foggy memory. There's only two camps in the bottom south east. ONe spawns Tanners one spawns Taskmaster. The one to the furtherest East Spawns the Taskmaster. There could be a bedroll or campfire left by a player nearby. Find them and destroy them. Wait for a day cycle to pass and go back. Remember that NPCs spawn and despawn at certain times.
I have been searching for named crafting thralls, and the only place I have found them spawning is along the desert river in the newbie area (I have found 4 there so far). I searched in the treasure hunter city for a few hours, and other than T4 cooks and priests, I didn't find any T4 crafters. I have also spent a lot of time in the Cimmerian camp and found none there.
