Bungie, there is clearly an issue with your drop rate configuration on the Vex Mythoclast if people are completing the raid 3 times per week every week since the raid was available without having the weapon drop. There is nothing fun or incentivizing about being the last member of your clan to have the weapon drop.I see nothing currently on the Mythoclast or perk descriptions, outside of the catalyst, that talk about increasing stability. It's possible that there used to be functionality that did that, or that still does it but is hidden, but as it is not in the weapon description proper I cannot speak to it.
