Aldrnari has slightly better graphics with worse performance, also has many more mods to change other gameplay aspects and a lot more armor mods. Elysium still feels like a new game compared to Skyrim and still looks amazing. I'd personally go for Aldrnari at your specs but up to you. This is a great answer!
