Blizzard Staff: This is not something I use very often, so what I'm about to say is only speculation and I could be completely bullshitting you. It can be considered a downgrade from the Lunar Flare and, therefore, an upgrade for the Meteor Staff, and it does its job well in that regard. It is pretty good at being average.
