Embarrassed to say i’m 1.5 years into OTF and this is my first timed/distance benchmark 🫣 i’ve done inferno and infinity and those types of signature workouts/benchmarks but i’ve always been to scared to do a traditional benchmark!! idk why! i am currently training for a half marathon so i run quite a bit, but at a steady speed of 11-12 mins a mile.

OTF will destroy your shoulders with the mini bands and then finish you off with an endurance set with more dumbbells - step ups, more shoulders using arnold presses and split stance deadlifts.
