Yes, two Lone Wolves are extremely OP and make the game easier unless you purposefully use weaker/less optimised builds. Any character can use any "build" and Honour mode can be beaten without Lone Wolf. Play what you enjoy, learn the game on a lower difficulty, enjoy the story, then try Tactician and Honour mode if you want a challenge.
