Ok I've tested all but the oil temp sensor. I tested the fan by itself and it runs. I took the oil temp sensor connector off and grounded it to frame and it makes the fan run. So if that's the case, I'm assuming (help me out here) only 2 different things could be going on. 1) my oil temp sensor is bad or 2)I've never had the engine hot enough ...To Test I had to do the following, Disconnect Sensor wire and short with machine on, Temp light comes on but fan doesn't. unplug ECM Harness (the one with the most wires) find the wire that runs to the Fan plug, test for continuity on that wire.
