The inclement weather from Tropical Storm Hilary has closed parts of SR-2, also known as the Angeles Crest Highway, in the Angeles National Forest.It's recently plowed clear. That road washes out in one place, the downhill lane slid off the cliff but you can pass on the remaining lane. Highway 2, on the other hand, has two washed out spots that have formed since just last year. There is only one lane at those points.
