The best stage is 28-2 on Global, especially if you need Blue Incredible Gems to buy out the shop. When area 30 comes, 30-4 will be the best, especially if you need Green Incredible Gems. I personally do 29-3 aswell, the green gems are usefull if you haven't gotten all the random units that need to be rainbowed for some EZA's.
