But when I activate the Bodyslide studio, the "Preview" button shows models, but the outfits have "No Image" instead of their actual textures. According to the FAQ, I'm supposed to run the game via Steam to fix this error.

If you use CBBE body make sure you also download a CBBE compatible texture, same with UNP or any other body. If you use an advanced body like CBBE 3BBB, CBBE textures work for those. Also, need to make sure you've built the body in bodyslide. First, build body, then batch build all your outfits. I don't have any unp installed.
