I took the line off the pressure limiting valve while cranking and there is no fuel coming from there. I do see a pid where it is showing a quantity control valve commanded and measured, while cranking I get 0 commanded and 10-12 mA measured. I also notice that the rail pressure state is at RPG_Open_loop.
