Love this, so I managed to get two spiked caestus. One has flame of the Redmanes with fire affinity (right hand) and the left one has golden vow. I got claw talisman, Millicent's prothesis and lord of blood exultation. Got the white mask too. So effectively my build is a fist bleed weapon and I am meltinggggg bosses.
