I've gone through about 500 of these so far. I've only found a couple unknown armor plans and a bunch of weapons/armor to scrap. Because of those armor plans, mostly. Some of them are pretty rare. I sell them in my vendor for 50-55 caps. Some people use them as an end game activity for fun.
