I’m grabbing happy frog trio. I use ocean forest soil, and the fox farm trio. At this point I mix one set for week 3, and another bucket for week 7. I mix at full strength from the chart in 2 gallon buckets, but then use smaller doses as I ramp the plants up. I'll start at week 3 or 4 with 100ml or less, mixed with water.

For seedlings, use 1/2 tsp or 2.5 mL of Grow for every 1 gallon of water (4 L) once a week. As you plant gets bigger, increase your dosage to 3 tsp (15 mL) for every gallon of water.

I running two plants now in a mix of FFOF and Rox farm little warrior and my new plants are exploding with just water. 4 weeks in from seed. I’m going to do exactly what you are talking about, no nutrients until veg or signs. Because FFOF is so hot I did layer the soil when I transplanted them into 5 gallon buckets.
