Anyone have any experience increasing the bench and OHP frequency in Metallicadpa's PPL? These are my two weakest lifts by far and I'm trying to find out the best way to program them so I'm doing heavy sets twice a week. I'm thinking on Push A I can do heavy bench and OHP and volume OHP and on Push B I can do heavy bench and OHP and volume bench.
