You should have a bunch of wires near the front of the bike. Those would plug in to the back fo the tablet. Make sure to secure them using the Velcro strap around that area. Thank you!! The rep then asked that I unplug power and cables from monitor and hold down power and volume up button for 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds, hold both for 10 seconds again and plug everything back in.
