Assuming you are using 1.12 (AFAIK the trait is gone in 1.16), alien gives 800 'points' which are applied over time, and each point is randomly assigned to either durability, attack or speed with equal probability. Each point gives either 1 durability, 0.007 speed or 0.005 attack.There's a long-standing bug where manyullyn's "insatiable" trait bypasses the unbreakable check and continues to use durability.
