The RN to MSN-FNP started 6/1 in a limited rollout to some WGU grads of the BSN program in a small number of states. In 2021 they expect to be widely available (BSN to MSN-FNP) and they also expect to have a post-MSN cert FNP available.You could finish RN to MSN in 6 months if you really wanted to, just start strong so you can get your hours in. Just an insider tip- spell everything out in the performance assessments. I don’t think the people grading them have medical experience, so you can’t imply common medical knowledge like “vitals”.I believe I can get up to $2,000/year from my job for reimbursement and have been doing research for RN-BSN online programs. Since it is self paced you have to be motivated but I work and am a mother to a 9 month old and have been able to complete things at a manageable rate.
