Like the name implies, Buckshot Bruiser is more intended for shotgunners to sustain staying close to tanky mutations like Bruisers, Tallboys and such.. So long as you're not stacking too much accuracy (or if you are using railguns instead of shotguns, stacking a bit of bullet pen) it's also great for hoard sweeping as you'll be hitting more ridden per shot, which means more temp hp.
