I was perusing my local GameStop and noticed in the display window they had both the Power Armor edition of Fallout 76 (PC) AND the Nuka Cola T-51b helmet both BRAND NEW in their boxes. Go to game options (right click game and go properties) and go to local files and click validate. After doing that it fixed my game.
