When I was about 60% done with content review a couple weeks ago I took the BP HL and scored a 128 with zero practice by using Miledown + Khan Academy videos. I hadn't even touched the sociology cards yet. Edit: It should be noted that I also had zero psych/soc knowledge prior to using Anki. I made these review sheets as I studied for the MCAT. Its 6000 cards. I think converting 6000 cards from one format to another sounds like a bad use of your time. For what it's worth I would get on board with anki now. When you get to med school it's what everyone uses and you want to be able to share resources easily with your classmates. You won't have time to do the conversion.
