PHYSICS 4615 Physics For Secondary School Teachers (LEC 3.0) A review of the fundamental ideas of physics, including mechanics, matter, energy, sound, electricity, magnetism, and light with an emphasis on how mathematics can be used to help understand the underlying concepts. (For secondary teachers or Masters of Science Teachers candidates only.) Course work consists of learning the methods of teaching physics. This includes understanding the nature of science, strategies for assessing science learning and pathways for developing into a physics teacher.
