On the one hand, the rewards aren't particularly interesting. On the other, you grind 99 in most skills to have the 99, not for the cape. Or the cape is useless other than the flex. Grinding for the flex is quintessential OSRS. And the good thing about combat achievements is that in killing these bosses hundreds of times, you will be rewarded.
