Against home brews, the Aesi precon can probably hang with the average powerlevel decks just fine. However, once you have decks that are a bit more tuned (aka running mostly 2 cmc ramp, having a lot of efficient interaction, etc.) then I think this deck will probably find itself a turn or two too slow to properly get going.
