Farm them until you get radial fire gems. They will be cursed, so you want to get gems with "good" cursed like stamina increase or attack vs kin down (you don't want attack down or health down). I don't remember exact names, but just for example. Some waning fire gems starts from level 10 of the gem. So lvl 10 gem will have name without number and lvl 19 fire gem of same effects will have number (9) in the end. And also, I have not seen a single lvl 20 with a number in the end of the name, probably because they all have unique names.

The Isz bone ash hunter might actually be the most cancerous non-OOS gem on the list. First, arcane effect is rare. He can drop physical, fire and bolt (pretty sure) and they are much more common than arcane primary. Also the secondary flat arcane is again, very rare. He is not a guaranteed gem drop. You could sink some major hours into this one.
