The result was laughably bad - I went from 100mbps to 20mbps download with a bufferbloat score of "C". I then turned back on adaptive QoS with the same bandwidth limitations. 100mbps download with a bufferbloat score of "A". I wish I could test it without any QoS whatsoever.
