Dracthyr racials and the evoker class are too intertwined at the moment. The racials help fill out the class, in fact the evoker class tree has talents that benefit racials. For them to get other classes they would need to re-evaluate their racials. Otherwise you are giving two extra CC to every possible class.

Worgen should get chosen identity for their human form imo. Worgen used to have something like this. Turn into human as soon as combat ended. It was an addon. Then Blizzard made a change and we have to do it manually. Personally I believe they should add this option for Worgen aswell. It will make a nice "optional" quality of life for Worgen. Let Dracthyr remain in humanoid form in combat. Seriously, those human-draconic forms look AMAZING. The worst thing about Worgen is the implementation of Two Forms, such that the player has no control over how their werewolf is expressed.
