Jalisco cartel scam. So I recently got a message about someone claiming to be apart of the Jalisco cartel. I did some research and saw that similar scams were happening recently. Although this is true I am still concerned about the entire situation. This person claims to be apart of the cartel and said I owe a $2,000 fine for wasting escorts time.
