In the open near those t4 archer spawns. Bottom left corner K6/top left corner K5. Horses spawn pretty much anywhere near ponds. I found my first horse by the pond near gallaman's tomb (idk the exact spot off the top of my head). I find em there whenever I walk by it though.
In the meanwhile my second horse disappeared. I went into a cave and left the horse at the entrance. I died and i ran back to get my stuff and my horse was still there.
