Lost sector exotic drop rates are fine, it's the rng that's abysmal. I typically get an exotic every 5 or 6 lost sector runs, very rarely has it taken me 10 to get an exotic to drop. The issue isn't the drop rates, its that it's rng. If everything has a maximum amount of runs for a drop, the problem wouldn't exist.
