Hi. I was doing the Dawnguard quest, and it led me to Dimhollow Crypt. There was no entrance to the crypt. The entrance, stairs, brazier, all missing, just a mountain side covered with snow. However I can still enter the cave by walking onto the waymark, which was placed where the entrance was supposed to be.So I've defeated all the vampires in Dimhollow Crypt and now I have to complete the puzzle to get Serana. Now one of two things happens: 1.) The button activates (spike going through hand) but the purple flames for the braziers does not appear. 2.) The flames appear and I complete the puzzle, but the monolith holding Serana does not …
