Rune Level. Bow builds are stat-hungry for several reasons, mainly the god awful scaling. Most bows scale with quality (STR/DEX), but it’s terrible. D at best, maybe C. You’re gonna want at least 80 DEX to achieve reasonable damage, plus stamina. Lots of stamina (more on that below).
