I struggle too but the best suggestion i have is to lay your HUD out in a way that supports the rotation. I have a long row for the opener and then combo rows which is single target, aoe combos with related abilities. Sometimes you will have to hold onto GK for a few seconds if you have a jump coming up that will give you the MD for LotD. Use LS for FT only now.
