Jul 12, 2021 · For leveling I advice you a half healing power half damage build using flame trower for damage and the all ways to increase sustain with juggernaut trait in addition. The permanent stability makes the pve experience much more chill and enjoyable and the permanent healing on you aswell.
Every other class has pretty good condition options. Ranger and Warrior would be (in my opinion) on the lower end, but Guardian, Revenent, Thief, Mesmer (Mirage), Elementalist and Necro all have multiple competitive builds for all game modes. If you are leaning toward solo condi class, I guess Scourge is the best.
