Same issue here too... A year later this issue still persists. I've now logged 6 hours into resolving this issue and still there's no solution in sight. My Disney+ bundle is through Verizon. Verizon refers me to Disney+ and Disney refers me to Hulu. No one seems to understand what the issue is. I've spoken to several representatives with no luck.
