Have you tried looking into the tinkers' book? If you're playing on a particular modpack things may have been edited in the configs. Edit: did some digging, turns out luck has been split into upgrades called "luck", "luckier", and "luckiest". And the killager modifier is not a modpack thing it was added in the 1.18 TiC update.
