Have a Gen 1 ulterra. remote says "locked" on the screen. tried pressing and holding soft keys to unlock as per Minn Kota and nothing. only think I can to is click the up arrow and it will co into controls for a second and the "locked" reappears. Minn kota has no answer. out of warranty so I may be purchasing a new remote.
