As it progresses weekly, be ready for eventual plateaus and figuring out how to account for that.Pick a quad dominant movement such as high bar squat, hack squat, or pendulum. I've been on Metallicadpa's PPL for around 5 months now and what helped me break my 2 plate squat plateau to 3 plate was doing a 1RM test every other week. I would then push myself to try to get more reps on my max as I progressed. I've been doing this for my deadlift as well and it has been working for me. Maybe that will help you too.
